2. Operation Instructions:
1)The ball valve is driven by the motor drive mechanism, and then driving the ball to achieve opening / closing valve.
2)This valve has 5 control wires, of which red / black is the motor wire and 3 yellow wires are for indicating switch state wire (can be connected to kinds of sensor).
3)Valve opening process: when red wire connects “-” pole and black wire connects “+” pole, detecting 2 yellow wires are conduction, then the opening valve is completed.
4)Valve closing process: when red wire connects “+” pole and black wire connects “-” pole, detecting 2 yellow wires are conduction, then the closing valve is completed
5)The voltage of valve both ends shall not be less than 2.5V when the system open-close valve at min. Operating voltage .
6)The driving current of valve control circuit provided can not be less than the motor peak current.
7)If the parameters and structure of this internal valve changes, our company will promptly inform your company.
3.Product Main characteristic
*Our Gas meter SY-FQ- series Ball Valve is kind of gas straight through valve, which can achieve lower pressure loss.
*Our this ball valve can use for high working pressure as 500mbar, widely used in Gas meters with working pressure exceeding 50Kpa.
*We use stainless steel ball that can pass dust test stated in EN16314:2013 standards.
*Our ball valve’s leakage value is less than competitor manufacturers in Europe.

Q1: How long is your delivery time?
A:Delivery time is depends on the total quantity of order. Normally, sample can be delivered within 15 days.
Q2: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A:Yes, we could offer sample for free, but the clients has to pay for the shipping cost.
Q3: What is the MOQ of your products?
A:It normally is 1000pcs/PO of the products we already mass production. But mostly our products are customized for our customers.
Q4: Where is your factory?
A:Our factory located in Zhejiang province, we are close to Ningbo port.
Q5:What does your company need to submit a quotation?
A:After confirmed with customers on products design, we can offer mould quotation and unit price.
Q6:Why we do not have drawing here?
A:Valve always are customized to different customers. Because valves are designed according to Meter's space to assembly with. The valve pictures we showed here are just for reference. Those may not just perfect fix to your meter case.
